Strategic Profile System for a Gestalt Therapist

We started with a strategic session focused on her way of working, not just marketing goals. Based on that, we clarified her positioning: not as a “mental health expert” or “psychologist,” but as a grounded, calm presence who doesn’t push or advise, she meets people where they are. From there, we developed a full content architecture. The account name and profile description were rewritten to signal depth without jargon, so that the right people resonate immediately. We built a highlights and pinned stories system that walks new visitors through three key areas: who she is, how she works, and how to reach out — without overwhelming them. We mapped the full client decision journey, identifying what someone in her audience is thinking or feeling at each stage from “just stumbled upon this account” to “ready to write a message.”

Based on this map, we created a rubricator of themes and angles allowing her to publish at her own pace while still moving people toward clarity. Finally, we gave guidance on visual rhythm and tone: avoiding overstimulation, staying within a muted, spacious aesthetic, and keeping language slow, precise and minimal. The final result is a system for presence. Inese now has a profile that works even when she’s not posting actively: it orients the viewer, filters her audience, and supports a natural flow of connection.

This was not about “content tips.” Sparkolio built a strategic map for my practice including language, themes, highlights. All aligned with how I actually work. The result is a profile that attracts the right clients without me chasing attention.
